Which airports do you serve? Chicago O'Hare (ORD), Chicago Midway (MDW) and Phoenix Sky Harbor (PHX). Airport trips only.
Where do I meet my driver at O'Hare? On the lower level outside baggage claim. Terminals 1–3 use the center commercial lane (lane 2), and Terminal 5 uses the inner commercial lane. Call us once you have your bags and we'll send the door and plate.
Where do I meet my driver at Midway? Lower Level center lane, Doors 1 & 2.
Where do I meet my driver at Sky Harbor? At the signed commercial/prearranged pickup curb at Terminal 3 or 4. We text you the exact door.
What if my flight is delayed? We track your flight and adjust the pickup. Free wait time: 15 minutes, then $2 per minute.
Is the price really flat? Yes. Your rate is quoted at booking. Gratuity is not included, and tipping your chauffeur is up to you. Tolls and airport fees are included. Extra charges only for wait time beyond the free 15 minutes ($2 per minute) and extra stops ($15 per stop along the same route; stops off the route are quoted separately).
Do you offer meet & greet? Yes, at all three airports. Your chauffeur meets you outside the terminal at your scheduled pickup spot.
What vehicles do you have? How many passengers and bags? Every ride is in a full-size SUV: Chevrolet Suburban, Ford Expedition, and Cadillac Escalade. Seats up to 6 passengers with room for 5–7 medium-sized bags.
How do I pay? All rides are prepaid when you book. Your reservation is confirmed once payment is received. We accept all major credit and debit cards through Square.
What's your cancellation policy? Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup.
Do you provide child seats? Yes. Child seats are available for $10 each. Just let us know when you book.
Are you licensed and insured? Yes. We're fully licensed and commercially insured.
How far ahead should I book? We recommend booking 24 hours ahead, and we need at least 6 hours notice before pickup.
Can I book by phone? Yes. Call (877) 341-3483 with your name, airport, date/time, flight number, address and number of passengers.
