Where you meet your chauffeur
Curbside (standard): Pick up all your bags first, then call us. We'll send your car's description, plate and the door to use. O'Hare requires prearranged livery cars to pick up on the lower level (arrivals/baggage claim). At Terminals 1, 2 and 3 that's the center commercial lane (lane 2). At Terminal 5 it's the inner commercial lane. The airport says it can take 5–20 minutes for the car to reach the pickup point, depending on traffic.
Meet & greet: Your chauffeur meets you outside the terminal at your scheduled pickup spot and helps with your luggage. O'Hare's designated livery parking is across from each terminal, about a 5–7 minute walk.
International arrivals (Terminal 5): Contact us once you've cleared customs and have your bags.
